Production Clerk

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Responsible for data entry and update the database and administrative tasks to support the production and operation such as entry of finished goods (stock availability, raw materials &stocks good receiving)

2. Responsible for filing and checking the documents and database in the system

3. Responsible to prepare label/ sticker of inventory and/or finished goods & report any stock damages the related issues

4. Performs a variety of clerical and administrative tasks such as recording, updating, checking, typing documents and liaise with related departments

5. Monitor and manage transaction record for inventory for production (stock count, record input & output, balances stock movement tracking)

6. Ensure daily, weekly and monthly report updated in the SQL System

7. Ensure proper & organized filing are in order for production and operation department

8. Other ad-hocs tasks given by Operation Manager & Production Supervisor

9. To compile, assist & monitor the documents and matters related to QMS (Quality Management System ISO 9001) for the factory department

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
1. Minimum SPM/Diploma holder or any inequivalent in related field

2. Minimum of 2 years working experience in Admin or any manufacturing industry experience

SKILL & KNOWLEDGE:
2. Good communication skills and able to work independently with effective time management, exposed to multi-tasking /multi-discipline work culture.

3. Proficiency in speak & written Bahasa Malaysia & English with effective communication skills

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
