RESPONIBILITIES 1. Responsibilities of any given instruction in orderly manner towards all aspects of Purchasing 2. Responsible for full spectrum of purchasing activities and ensure compliance with the related policies and procedures. 3. Source for quotation, negotiate prices, prepare purchase order, monitor deliveries updates outstanding report and close purchase orders. 4. Coordinate with respective departments and suppliers in the purchasing duties. 5. Create, coordinate and maintain good relationships with suppliers. 6. Timely review, monitor, prepare and perform-database maintenance, report & record, accuracy of procurement activities, cost analysis. 7. Issue an invoice, delivery order and quotation 8. To work and coordinate with other Department in team effort i.e., teamwork with regards to productivity, safety and quality. 9. Ad-hock task from purchasing manager Qualification & Experience: 1. Minimum Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business Administration or Marketing. 2. Preferable with minimum 1 years of working experience in Purchasing or Procurement field. 3. Able to work independently, with minimum supervision. 4. Strong commercial and analytical skills. 5. Flexible and mobile-enabled. 6. Possess own transport 7. Able to work at Senawang Link/Seremban
