**_JOB SCOPE_**
**(1) IT Managed Services & Support**
- To minimizes downtime and improve the Operations network connectivity efficiency to support all our client’s business
- Onsite and IT Remote Support both offices & warehouses nationwide (if required 24/7 in shifts)
- Daily system monitoring and maintenance routine tasks
- To prepare documentation for Infra Systems audits purpose
- To engage with vendor for Hardware and Software Procurement
- To perform Business Data Backup & Storage Solutions
- Knowledge in Disaster Recovery Solutions and Business Continuity Planning

**(2) Network Infrastructure Management**
- To protect our business in real-time via proactive alert and predictive monitoring solutions if any abnormal or malicious activity
- Experience in Network Monitoring & Maintenance, Network scoping such as AP, Wi-fi Solutions, Switches, Routers, Load balancers, Cabling, Fibre Optics, Server Packs Deployments, Designing, Installing, Configuring and Troubleshooting.

**(3) Cloud Solution**
- Well understanding of Microsoft Office 365, Azure Cloud & Data Centre Relocation.

**(4) Security Solution**
- Tailored IT security solution that safeguards our business, minimize cyber-attacks and data breaches in our organisation, help expose hidden risks in our networks, stop unknown threats and identify and isolates compromised system in our organisation.
- Experience in Penetration System, Firewall setup or configuration are more advantage for this role

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
