**Primary Objective**:

- To obtain all the required license and complete the training during the WMA Programme Period.
- To promote cross-selling/ upselling to increase revenue from customers (esp. in wealth business).

To acquire New-to-Premier customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To obtain all the required license and complete the training during the WMA Programme Period.
- To participate in branch/region sales activities and campaigns to achieve deliverables.
- To execute sales plan to engage customers and promote Banking products (eg. wealth, banca, Credit Card & deposit).
- To engage and foster a good relationship with customers.
- To acquire New-to-Premier customers.
- To comply to Bank’s regulation, policy & procedure and sales code of ethic.
- Requirements
- Bachelor Degree - Degree holder with minimum CGPA of 2.80 (2nd class upper preferred)
- Preferably graduates from Top Universities (Local/ Overseas).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Passed the RHB Competency Assessment
- Keen to pursue a career in finance sector (Sales)
- Good verbal and written community skills
