- Maintaining master client listing (audit and tax appointment process such as open audit and tax file, request old tax file from new appointed clients)
- Prepare and submit tax filing i.e. CP204/CP204A monthly by using Superior TaxComp system (ensure all submission, billing and collection of fee on time)
- Assist incoming and outgoing letters (desk audit letters, Form J, outstanding tax, tax refund)
- Liaise with ex-auditor / new auditor to request / reply professional clearance with proper handover
- Perform filing management, ensuring files are complete and in order* Assist on monitoring outstanding bills and follow up on collections (assist to follow up the outstanding payment with clients)*
- Assist on admin routine such as monitoring postage, stationeries, toiletries, pantries supply items (to ensure the supply quantities are enough)
- Other tasks that the group deems fit (ad-hoc tasks)
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Prefer 1 - 2 years of working experience.
- Able to deliver routine tasks timely with mínimal mistakes.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
- Proficiency in English.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
- At least A Diploma in business administration or relevant field; certification in business admin or secretarial will be an asset.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
