Logistics Specialist

**Company Background**:
Our client has a background in the global EMS top 50 with a ranking. It's a MNC company. Additionally, they have recently set up a factory in Johor.

**Qualifications**

**1. 2-3 years of import and export work experience**

2. Bachelor's degree or above in logistics or trade

3. Good written English

4. Working experience in an electronics company is a plus.

**5. Working experience in medical devices, industrial products, or energy industries is a priority.**

**Responsibility**

**1. Responsible for the export of raw materials, finished products, consumables, and equipment.**

**2. Responsible for contacting and handling freight-related affairs.**

3. Track the export status of products, and promptly report any abnormalities to relevant personnel/departments or upgrade to a higher level.

4. As a member of the project/customer team, responsible for export related logistics work, especially in-depth communication with procurement, planning, and warehouse, and maintaining good cooperative relationships with customers.

5. Assist key account managers, procurement, and (supplier) quality engineers in returning customer returns or defective raw materials to customers or suppliers.

7. Filing and processing of export related customs declaration materials and contracts/agreements with freight forwarders.

8. Regularly update and inspect the export database.

9. Properly keep the customs declaration seal and strictly follow the system for its use.

10. Assist import and export supervisors in achieving annual KPI goals and optimizing export processes.

11. Responsible for the introduction, evaluation, and management of AEO certified business partners.

12. Responsible for reviewing and supervising the trade security of AEO certified business partners and conducting effective management.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
