**Job Descriptions**
**1 )Administrative Tasks**
**2) Reporting**
- Report to Estimator Team Leader.
- Prepare and maintain accurate tender project report & daily task.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and other related documents as required.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all tender project document is properly recorded, filed, and easily accessible.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and ensure compliance with record retention policies and regulations.
**3) Development and improvement**
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for enhancing efficiency or productivity in quotation preparation process.
**4) Operation**
- Generate LV quotation and prepare costing accurately and on time.
- Manage time for multiple tender projects.
- Seeking quotations and conducting price comparisons as required.
- Study and clarify tender specification.
- Prepare related tender documents such as Schedule of Technical Data, Schedule of Unit Rate, BOQ, etc.
- Update pricing in Powerwell inventory system.
- Coordinate with internal department team for tender-related clarification.
**5) **Learning**
- Propose/Attend learning competence which help in work.
- Other duties and task given by Management from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Business related computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical single line diagram.
- Moderate written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Fresh Graduate welcome to apply.
- Experience estimator in same industry will under priority consideration
