**ROLE AND FUNCTIONS**

Process Orders, receives, inspects, warehouses and issues equipment, spare parts, materials, and supplies for Maintenance and production department.

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Process Orders materials, equipment, or supplies based on inventory needs, or a special request by processing requisitions through central stores, purchasing department or directly from the vendor. - Receives deliveries by comparing shipment with records and verifying stock meets specifications.& Stores materials also to resolves order problems with vendors.
- Keeps track of orders to ensure merchandise is delivered to appropriate locations and order on timely manner. Enters order information into the computer system.
- Issues equipment and spare parts to maintenance department and keeping records of issue documents and supplies.
- May assist department personnel in the selection of supplier and equipment.
- Ensures quality of materials is consistent with department needs and specifications. Maintains and conducts inventory of supply items and equipment.
- Ensures inventory levels are updated and maintained to cover departmental requests; keeps storeroom organized and needed materials accessible to staff members.
- Handles the receipt, inspection, and delivery of flammable materials according to company and ISO standards, dangerous and toxic consignments handling policies and procedures.
- May compile orders for Purchasing and verify the receipt of orders with Finance Accounts Payable departments.
- To perform task required according to the Maintenance Works Order
- To follow or to adhere all procedures related to the Company’s EMS Policies in-line with ISO9001: 2015 & 14001:2015 policy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Temporary

**Salary**: RM1,900.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
