Program Latihan Kemahiran Industri - ECRL (PLKI - ECRL) offers a two-month upskilling/reskilling training fully sponsored by the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning (EPCC) contractor, China Communications Construction (ECRL) Sdn Bhd. Program trainees successfully completed training will be guaranteed a job placement as part of the workforce for this mega infrastructure construction project. Job scope for Electrician: 1. Plan the electrical systems for new buildings, including the best position for electrical outlets, light fixtures, heating outlets, and ventilation systems 2. Read and interpret architect blueprints, circuit diagrams, and other technical documents 3. Install wiring, lighting, and control systems in new and existing buildings, according to municipal codes 4. Form electrical circuits, by connecting electrical wires to components and fixtures and testing completed circuits 5. Install switches, circuit breaker panels, relays, and other electrical control and distribution equipment 6. Install hangers and brackets to support electrical products 7. Perform maintenance procedures to keep wiring, lighting, and control systems in good working order 8. Inspect circuit breakers, transformers, and other electrical components for faults 9. Use testing devices to discover why electrical products and systems are malfunctioning 10. Repair, replace, and upgrade faulty or outdated electrical equipment, fixtures, and wiring, including isolating faults for safe removal and replacement 11. Operate and maintiain the generator at sites.
