Job Responsibilities
- Greet guests, check them in, and provide information about the hotel's facilities and services with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about local attractions and amenities.
- Input reservations into a booking system, handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and manage payments using a credit card reader or cash register, calculating change accurately and quickly as required.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are clean, tidy, and ready for guests' arrival.
- Use specific office equipment such as phones, computers, and printers to manage reservations, guest requests, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure lobby cleanliness daily by organizing the front desk area, arranging brochures, and maintaining the appearance of common areas.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to create work schedules, train new employees, and resolve any interpersonal issues as needed.
- Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to hotel policy.
- Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
