- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and receiving pastry ingredients and supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
- Assist in training and supervising junior pastry staff members, as needed.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Assist in developing new pastry recipes and menu items, staying updated with current trends and techniques in pastry arts.
