RPAAutomation Developer

a. Help the CoE lead scope and estimate process improvement engagements with countries.
b. Assist the Business Analysts evaluate and assess production processes for improvement opportunities for automation using OCR or RPA technologies.
c. Assist the creation Cost Benefit Analyses (CBAs) for countries performing automation by estimation development effort and Bot Runner capacity demands.
d. Configure (create) robots on the Automation platform in accordance with design documentation
e. Perform unit and integration testing of robots
f. Assist in the user testing of robots
g. Ensure the optimal scheduling of robots to best utilize capacity while meeting business SLAs
h. Support production robots for issue resolution, process change or error reduction.
i. Assist the SSC in year-on-year process improvement activities
j. Coach/Train/Guide country teams in robot configuration
k. Monitor and track KPIs of the robotic performance
l. Set robotic standards for Tricor Group
m. Help identify and quantify process improvement opportunities in SSC and/or business unit assessments.
n. Collaborate with team members across Tricor
o. Assist in generating awareness and demand for automation activities
p. Assist in ensuring the Automation CoE remains net-neutral on profit and loss.
