**Job responsibilities**

**Client Consultation**: Conducting consultations with clients to understand their beauty needs and expectations, provide professional advice, adjust treatments according to individual characteristics, skin type and preferences, xplain our treatments and products to client, addressing their concern and providing guidance on post care and maintenance.

**Beauty Service**: Performing a variety of beauty treatment, such as facials, waxing, microdermabrasion, microneedle, laser, body treatment and more.

**Retail Sales**: Achieve sales targets and goals by promoting our services and recommending appropriate treatments and products to improve the overall customer experience.

**Appointment Scheduling**: Manage clients appointments, payment billing and collection, stocks. Answer customer inquiries online and perform daily administrative and reception work

**Hygiene and Safety**: Maintain a clean and orderly work space, adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation practices to ensure the best safety and comfort for customers

**Requirements**:

- Have SKM/Diploma Certificate and beauty experience or SPM level education.
- Possessing a positive personality, punctuality, discipline, and teamwork skills.
- Possess good communication and sales skills.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays (Leave replacement).
- Must provide facials to male & female clients.
