**Position: Account Payable / Account Receivable Assistant**

**Job Responsibilities:

- **
- To handle/monitor all matters of Accounts Payable including update costing, request invoice, reconcile creditor statement.
- Coordinate with relevant departments on price issue or any discrepancy on the invoice.
- Prepare payment voucher and issue payment, filling and etc.
- Handle petty cash and assist in accounting related enquiries.
- To handle/monitor all matters of Accounts Receivable including generating statements of accounts, reminders, debtors' ageing, and daily bank deposits.
- Close monitoring of customers, prompt action on queries/issues To ensure timeliness and effectiveness of collection.
- Assist in process Invoice / Debit Notes / Credit Notes.
- To carry out other duties and ad-hoc assignment as and when required.

**Requirements:

- **
- At least 1-2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required.
- Responsible and positive working attitude.
- possess knowledge in SQL software will be an added advantage
- Full-Time position(s) available
- **Salary will depend on experience and qualification. _

Job Type**:Full-time**
- Knowledge of account basic is an advantage

Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
