- 領導和指導初級員工蛋糕裝飾技術，在團隊內培養學習和卓越的文化。

**資格：**
- 至少 5 年蛋糕裝飾經驗，具有展示廣泛技能和創造力的作品集。
- 精通各種蛋糕裝飾技術，如滾邊、糖花製作、軟糖和杏仁糖造型、噴槍和手繪。
- 具有強烈的美學意識和對細節的關注，能夠將複雜的設計轉化為食用藝術。
- 對烘焙和蛋糕裝飾充滿熱情，並具有在該領域不斷學習和創新的願望。
- 優秀的組織和時間管理技能，能夠同時管理多個專案而不影響品質。
- 具有團隊合作精神，能夠在協作環境中茁壯成長，但也可以在需要時獨立工作。
