Responsible for the maintenance of the entire building & facilities and provide support to the maintenance team when required;
- Perform preventive maintenance and liaise with the relevant vendors to solve problems arising from buildings, infrastructure (general electrical, air-con, plumbing, welding etc). - Able to work in shift rotation and dependently. - Possess a Skill certificate or Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent. - Several years of experience in similar position. - Possess Boilerman competency certificate (additional advantage, if any). - Possess relevant knowledge in QMS/EMS scope and responsibilities.
