**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Team Management: Supervisors are responsible for managing and leading the store staff in supporting the Boutique Manager. This includes recruiting, training, and scheduling employees, as well as providing guidance, motivation, and performance feedback. They are also responsible for resolving conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.

2. Customer Service: Ensuring excellent customer service is a crucial aspect of the role. Supervisors should set high standards for customer interactions and ensure that the staff is trained to provide assistance, answer queries, handle complaints, and create a positive shopping experience.

3. Sales and Merchandising: Supervisors play a role in driving sales and achieving targets. They oversee the merchandising and product placement to optimize sales potential. They may assist the Boutique Manager in creating promotional strategies, managing inventory levels, and monitoring stock availability.

4. Store Operations: Supervisors are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store. This includes opening and closing procedures, cash handling, managing cash registers, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. They also monitor the store's cleanliness, safety, and security measures.

5. Reporting and Communication: Keeping accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance is essential. Supervisors are also responsible for preparing reports on sales figures, inventory levels, and any issues or concerns that arise. They also communicate effectively with the store management, providing updates, feedback, and suggestions.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional education in retail management or a related field is a plus.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in other languages is an added advantage.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Word & Excel

**Salary**: RM3,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
