The IT Manager is managing the McCorry Group’s overall IT requirements. This includes current needs and together with the Management Team develop the strategy for the Groups future. It includes the planning and being charge of the implementation of any new systems.

The IT manager is responsible for all aspects of the Information Technology environment, this includes the IT infrastructure, ERP software and other ancillary support software programs utilized.

The IT manager implements new systems and maximizes the usage of the existing system throughout organization to improve the efficiency and the stability of the systems.

The IT Manager is the main driver in the Groups effort to automate its processes so that the McCorry Team can focus on analytical task and decision making.

Main responsibilities:
**i) Business Partner**:

- The IT manager is considered a “Business Partner” in the organisational structure of the Group. She/he understands the Groups business objectives and shapes the IT strategy, direction and planning together with the Management Team.
- Provides strong partnership to the Business Units and other Business Partners in the company and is a driver for the usage and development of the IT infrastructure.
- Continuously provides recommendation for fit-for purpose technologies and solutions.
- Excellent communicator, listener and collaborator, who is able to present complex information, issues and the potential solutions in an easy understandable way.

**ii)** **Leader of the technological development**:

- Research the business environment the Group is operating in and follow trends in order to find the right direction of technological development of the Group. This includes RPA, AI and other useful technologies.
- Mapping the Groups technology strategy: In collaboration with the Management Team align the strategy with the Groups vision and mission.
- Develop policies and procedures and using technology to enhance the Group’s operation and service level towards external partners.

**iii) Project management**:

- Define the right projects taking into consideration the company’s current situation and goals. Set clear targets, timelines, costing, etc. for the projects.
- Track the project to achieve the targets of efficiency improvements, cost reduction and ensure a stability of the new system.
- Improve and develop the usage of the current ERP system in the Group to maximize its performance.

**iv) Daily IT operation**:

- Manage and develop the existing IT team
- Review, improve and ensure adherence to the IT policies of the company. This includes that the Group complies with the regulations being in force at any time.
- Ensure that information security policies are implemented and followed to avoid exposure of the Company.
- Manage the Company’s IT assets. Evaluate suppliers of IT assets and drive cost efficiencies in the IT activities.
- Manage the yearly IT budget and prepare a new budget annually. This includes cost reduction related to IT.
- Lead the user training of Company’s IT system.

**v) Corporate culture**:

- Embrace and actively improve the management tools of the Company like weekly planning, monthly and quarterly status meetings, etc.
- Embrace the leadership values of the Company respecting every team member and the leadership behaviours like “seeing the big picture”, “seeking advice” and “escalate”.
- Be a positive force and embrace and contribute to the collective effort.

**Requirement**:

- University graduated majoring in computer technology with a minimum 8-year solid experience in IT area.
- Being involved in leading or managing IT projects including system transformation, implementing F&PA system, and overseeing a team of IT personnel.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience as IT Managerial role in multinational company is an added advantage.
- Strong ERP implementation background, where experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP system is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge in business processes mainly in the areas of sales, purchase, warehouse, and transportation management; and basic knowledge in accounting process flow.
- Must be hands-on and have thorough knowledge of infrastructure.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive working behaviour and highly adaptable to changes with the mindset to keep striving for better and improved process.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
