Lead and support a team of sales associates to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Drive sales performance by setting and achieving sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the boutique's appeal.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Train and develop staff members to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on performance.
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies for business growth and improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
