- _Responsibilities/Objectives: _
- Responsible for supervising and training warehouse employees and monitoring the success of inventory control and final quality control function to ensure both quality and inventory requirements and schedules are met.
- Supervising warehouse function and employees with responsibility for day-to-day activities.
- Providing and documenting warehouse employee performance assessments, employee development plans, and make recommendations for compensation/job classification adjustments.
- Anticipating and implementing new process improvements and ensure support from employees.
- Facilitate the identification and communication of raw material shortages, non-conformance on materials and stock to superior promptly.
- Develop and monitor on a day-to-day basis compliance with 6S procedures in each work area/function.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time
- Ensure all tools are properly labeled, accounted, handled, stored and issued for order / service / repair requirement.
- Minimum 3 years of experience of operating forklift, hand-lifter, reach truck for loading and unloading goods, and basic maintenance knowledge.

**_Qualifications: _**
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
- Fluent in written and spoken English is required.
- Possess own vehicle, and valid driving license.
- Forklift licence and/or experience of driving forklifts is preferred.
- With at least 5 years working experience in management, logistics or a related field with minimum of 2 years in supervising role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and data entry software.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Gelang Patah (Ulu Choh or SILC).

Pay: RM4,200.00 - RM5,600.00 per month
