**Job Descriptions**:
- Required to manage the entire recruitment and selection process from job posting, resumes selection, and interview to offer stage, and beyond.
- Onboarding new employees for clients in order to become fully integrated.
- Identifying and developing client or business relationships, assessing and responding to clients’ queries, briefing on the recruitment process, and managing the interview process.
- Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to superiors.
- Understanding current legislation, and adhering to local laws, rules, and regulations.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in end-to-end recruitment. Preferably in recruitment companies or as an in-house recruiter specializing in IT-related hiring.
- Excellent command of English.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Positive mindset, persistent, resilient, and performance-driven.
- Willing to work in Adda Height, Johor Bahru, Johor.
