- To handle all work related to Account Payable and Account Receivable issue.
- To check and verify all suppliers invoice and update in system accurately inclusive petty cash.
- To check and verify all customers invoice and update in system accurately.
- To control and maintain proper record of suppliers quotation.
- To control and maintain proper record of customer's rate.
- To liase with M&R Dept PIC for contact validation equipment and asset.
- To handle in compiling supplier SOA in monthly basis and ensure all cost are capture.
- To handle in compiiling all customers SOA in monthly basis and liase with customer for collection of payment.
- To liase with Finance Accunt PAyable Team for any outstanding payment upon request for supplier.
- To responsible fasks assigned by immediate superior.

**Job Description:

- **
- Fresh graduate or 1 year experience in transport operation and accounting.
- Computer literate (Basic Microsoft Excel)
- Good communication, interpersonal and writing skills
- Able to command in English and Bahasa
- Basic knowledge of administration/ Accounting.
- Able to interact with operation team.
- Able to read and write Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Good working attitude.
- Ability to work independently.
- High responsibility.
- Full-Time position(s) available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
