**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor's in Information Technology/Computer Science or any other IT related course
- Knowledgeable or experience using Moodle platform will be an advantages
- Understand the general key principles of Service Management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks
- Good time management and multi-tasking skills
- Works well in collaborative environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate proficiency in using office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM500.00 per month
