Conduct microbiological analysis for finished goods and for environmental monitoring (surface & air), water and ice.
- Assist in maintaining laboratory documentations.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the ISO22000 procedures and work instructions.
- Maintains Halal documentations and maintains supplier documentations.
- Conduct yearly Halal internal audit and assist in planned external audit by MOH/customers.
- Conduct staff training (basic hygiene practices and Halal awareness).
- Conduct any ad-hoc requests from superior.
- Supervise and coordinates activities of QA Technicians in data collections, testing procedures and compliance with the regulations such as ISO22000 to achieve quality output and meet delivery schedule.
- Responsible for directing and supervising the QA Technicians in performing quality assurance inspection and testing with regard to purchased materials and parts, in-process parts and finished products to assure that established quality control standards are achieved.

Pay: RM993.73 - RM2,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus
- Overtime pay
