**任职要求**:

- 协调所有项目的施工活动，管理内部资源，并监督所有工地工人，以确保项目完美执行。这包括维持最高质量水平，并在所有施工现场工作中遵循良好的建筑安全实践。
- 负责日常"室内设计与建设"工程管理，包括制定工程施工时间表、监督工地、协调分包商的工作，并向项目经理每日汇报工程进度。
- 与设计师紧密配合并按时完成项目, 确保所有的材料使用和建设工作均符合规格要求，并最大限度地减少浪费且提高利润率。
- 每周举办工程进度会议，识别工地问题，并向项目团队提供解决方案与指导。
- 参加招标面试，与客户代表保持联系，并在需要时参加顾问/施工现场会议。
**学历资格**:

- 拥有较强的木工技能，能够理解建筑与室内设计的施工方法和顺序。
- 具备良好的沟通能力，能与分包商、客户和其专业代表包括建筑师沟通。
- 拥有室内设计/建筑学学士学位或文凭。
- 5年室内设计项目监督或相关领域工作经验。
