Manage all aspects of travel operations and administration work; such as reservations, tour packaging, ticketing, travel coordination, customer support and invoicing tasks including timeliness in issuances of invoices.
Manage all aspects of Tour packaging and administration work; such as research and planning itinerary, translation of itineraries.
Manage all aspects of Ticketing and administration work; such as sourcing of attractive airfare and travel service vendors.
Manage all aspects of Travel coordination and administration work; such as provide assistance during the traveling activities.
Manage all aspects of Customers and Suppliers business relationships and administration work; such as professionally to develop strong good customer and suppliers business relationships through a collaborative, consultative, reliable, and empathetic approach. Professionally to address, handle, follow up and resolve any customer feedback (travel problems) and vendor management issues, handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns. Professionally to create and regularly update a database containing client details and their travel information.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
