**Job Description**:

- Job Scope:
1. Remote Support HQ Staff / Branches via anydesk and onsite support
2. Troubleshoot PC and Networking
3. Maintain and manage Asset Handover form to New staff
4. Replace Modem / relocate any internet solution if branches/warehouse offline.
5. Report to Service Provider (MAXIS/DiGI/TIME/UNIFI) for internet down for Branches & Warehouses

7. Setup printer & assist on file sharing & Printer sharing
8. Monitoring and handling system (Qubit & Xeersoft)
9. Request support from Xeersoft / Qubit
10. Response to IT Whatsapp Group - Task handled
11. Assist and support User on Qubit System & Xeersoft
12. Proposal for Internet Upgrade
13. Proposal for PC & Printer - if required for new branches or Replacement
14. Dispose Equipment or IT Asset Inventory
15. Replace PC and spare PC for downtime
16. Able to travel to branches to assist and work there
- Xeersoft is a company internal accounting software;
- Qubit system is a tool/app to calculate driver’s commission;
