Teacher / Assistant Teacher

**Location**: Segambut / North Kiara / Taman Sri Bintang
**Salary**: RM1,500 - RM3,500 (depending on qualifications and experience)

**Responsibilities:Teacher (Early Childhood Education)**:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities in line with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development for children.
- Monitor and assess each child’s progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians.
- Establish effective classroom management strategies and ensure a structured routine.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a supportive educational environment.
- Organize and participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of children’s developmental progress and daily activities.

**Assistant Teacher**:

- Assist the teacher in preparing and organizing daily activities and lessons.
- Provide support in classroom management and help maintain a clean and safe learning environment.
- Supervise children during activities, playtime, and meals.
- Assist with the observation and documentation of children’s progress.
- Support children’s personal needs such as feeding, diapering, and hygiene as required.
- Help to foster a positive learning environment and support children's emotional and social development.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings as needed.

**Qualifications**:Teacher**:

- **Education**: Must have a KAP (Kursus Asuhan Permata), **Diploma**, or **Degree** in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous teaching experience in early childhood education is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to engage children in interactive learning.

**Assistant Teacher**:

- **Education**: KAP/PERMATA certification or relevant experience in early childhood education.
- **Experience**: Previous experience working with young children is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to assist and learn on the job.

**Benefits**:

- Salary range: RM1,500 - RM3,500 (commensurate with qualifications and experience).

- One Saturday per month required.
