Possess a Diploma/Degree in Early Childcare
- At least 2 years working experience
- Loves working with children, use appropriate words and manners and is a role model for the children
- Is a team player, contributing ideas and collaborating with the Centre Head and all staff
- Able to work independently in preparing and implementing the curriculum and lesson plans
- Good class management, ensures the environment is safe and appropriate for the children’s learning and personal development
- Good report writing skills and able to communicate children’s progress to parents
- Able to teach English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin

Sparkles Montessori is a childcare centre (Taska) providing education and care for young children up to the age of 6 years. Sparkles Montessori rose out of a conviction that there is a better way for children to learn.
