**Key Responsibilities / Duties**

**Reporting**
- Full responsibility and accountability for the timely financial reporting of Dynisco Viatran Instruments (DVI and DVM) which includes all financial statements, Accounts Receivable, Payables and Inventory.
- Calculate and issue financial and operating metrics
- Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management
- Generate monthly sales reports that drive discussion on pricing, performance and growth
- Ad Hoc reporting according to business needs

**Partnership**
- Support the local management group to meet agreed objectives and drive the overall performance of the operation.
- Support the local management group in all relevant matters providing leadership and guidance
- Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operations
- Manage the production of the annual budget and forecasts with the local management group

**Compliance**
- Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
- Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
- Manage the local finance team in financial & statutory reporting.
- Liaise with internal and external audit and our corporate office on financial statements etc.
- Ensure full compliance with SOX requirements
- Control and optimization of internal financial processes.
- Ensure compliance with all Group policies; financial, asset control, travel etc.

**Experience**
- 8-10 years’ work experience
- Managerial and budgetary experience in a small-operations manufacturing environment.
- Experience within the Finance function of a multinational manufacturing company with strong reporting culture and tight deadlines. Experience with overall functional responsibility is a plus.
- Understanding of a manufacturing ERP system.
