**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Marketing Communications Manager in planning, directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in all marketing activities.
- Support in planning and developing digital marketing plan to support the overall marketing plan and strategy of the resort.
- Produce, update and maintain any resort’s visibility in all digital channel.
- Drive the resort’s engagement on social channels by elevating content’s quality that aligns with the market trend.
- To monthly plan and connect with potential influencers and celebrities who utilize the digital platform.
- To have active participation in driving the growth of the resort database.
- Assist to develop all resort communication online materials/literature.
- Develop and manage working relationships with key members of the creative and media agencies.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in the similar role, preferably with previous experience of working in Digital Marketing for the hospitality industry.
- Diploma or Degree in Public Relations/Communications/Marketing or equivalent.
- Possess digital marketing analytic skills: Social Media Insights, Google Analytics, OTA’s channels.
- Sound knowledge of social media platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Weibo etc will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa, both speaking and writing. Understanding of Mandarin language is an added advantage.
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision and fast.
- Has good organizational and communicative skills.
- Is creative and up-to-date with the latest in digital channels.
- Good contacts with key opinion leaders on socials.
- Well-organized and goal-oriented.
- Must be willing to relocate to Langkawi island.
