Install instruments, ensuring that they all function properly at peak levels.
- Troubleshoot and isolate instrument/equipment problems, and make repairs to resolved issues a day, week, month, etc.
- Carries out routine maintenance and testing activities
- Check instruments and equipment daily to make necessary calibrations to keep everything operating precisely.
- Answer requests for maintenance work on all instruments and equipment.
- Ensure the Calibrate test equipment/service and report in order (in house and client)
- Records calibrations made, parts and components used, and inventory of parts on hand.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to repair and install instruments.
- Orders spares and consumables as required on an ongoing basis
- Maintain effective records on equipment logbook on equipment failure, investigation and corrective action taken.
- Devise Preventative Measures to Avoid Machine/Equipment/Instrument Downtime
- Keep Meticulous Records of Machine/Equipment/Instrument Service History
- Comply with safe work practices.
- Project or task completion within a certain time frame
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Comply with classification and prioritization system for completion of work order.
- Coordinating stock control operations with stock controller, as well as the sales and finance departments.
- Prepares reports on work activities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM1,700.00 per month
