Develop new formula for a new or line-extension product, driving product innovation through incorporation of new ingredients, processing and technology.
- Generate/update raw materials, process and finished product specifications.
- Preparation of sample prototypes based on client requirements.
- To ensure understanding of R&D objective and provide documented results when required.
- Keep abreast with market product changes, market trends, market prices and latest food technologies
- Involve in food tasting and assist in enhancing taste profile to ensure product taste, texture, and presentation are meeting the market needs.
- Ensure project information is well communicated across departments. Eg: ingredients sourcing, food tasting activities
- Assist in performing product demonstration and improve product profiles to meet customer demand.
- Attend an exhibition; event or activities involved by the company.
- To perform any other assigned duties from time to time.
- Development of new product line and SKUs
- Providing support to improve company’s Halal system and certification status
- Assisting to improve quality aspect to products and production flow

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
