**BASIC REQUIREMENTS / SKILLSET**:

- Minimum of Professional Technical Certificates/ Diploma in any Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa and English.
- Verbal and written communication skill in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Possessed hands on basic experience in related facilities system for HVAC, ACMV, Cleanroom, building maintenance, WWTP/IETS, Scrubber system, Chemical & Gas, Purified water & RODI, Electrical distribution power system, BMS, Elevator, Overhead Crane, CCTV & Door Access, and Schedule Waste ESWIS system.
- Able to understand basic technical drawing, schematic diagram, computer, and Microsoft literacy. Knowledge in Manufacturing Operation and Maintenance.
- To execute daily plan and unplan repair, troubleshooting, PM and on field service.
- Able to follow work instruction, possess integrity and right sense of job urgency.

**ADVANCE REQUIREMENTS/SKILLSET**:

- Professional environmental competency, Certified Chargeman A4 (For Electrical position)
- Knowledge with compliance to ISO system documentation.
- Knowledge in electrical system, control, mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting skill.
- Experience in new factory start-up or production expansion projects will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in Precision Machining manufacturing, ceramic fabrication plant is an added advantage.
- Understanding of basic Environmental, Health and Safety practice and regulation.

**Duties include, but are not limited to the following**:

- Conduct mandatory daily routine shift inspection for all facilities equipment & basic utilities system (electricity and water supply) operation including rounds & meter readings, critical parameter monitoring, data logging, cleanroom monitoring RH% & Temperature and update record accordingly.
- Conduct routine inspection and maintain power distribution system for HT 11KV and LV 415V transformer, VCB & ACB breakers, feeder MSB MCB & sub panels, power factor regulator (capacitor bank), AMF board, generator set, motors, drives and starters.
- Perform schedule and unscheduled preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and corrective maintenance as assigned by senior technician and engineer for wide variety of relevant facilities & utilities system.
- Repair and troubleshooting for cleanroom facilities support system, RODI, WWTP, Gas plant, Building & Office equipment, electrical & control system.
- Facilities system shutdown, start up, monitoring system performance, critical parameter and loading recording.
- Attends troubleshoot and immediate respond to system failure, implement corrective and containment action for any facilities excursion such as out of control, out of specs, facilities equipment breakdown and report to senior technician and engineer.
- Conduct verification test and sample collection for specific facilities system and process for parameter testing & verification with adherence to standard practice method provided.
- Perform basic building maintenance work for plumbing sanitary, office furniture & equipment, lighting, electrical wiring & plug top installation, plastering patch and paint touch up, ceiling and flooring.
- Support cleaning service allocation and monitoring when necessary for office area, cleanroom, plant production area and external parameter when needed.
- Participated in Emergency Respond Team (ERT) activities as role modelling safety and enrolled in the event of emergency.
- Assist external fire contractor and service provider for fire protection system timely maintenance and inspection activities.
- Conduct daily inspection for plant wide fire protection system installation.
- Troubleshooting and repair for abnormalities and alarm notification occurrence for plant wide security surveillance CCTV and door access system hardware.
- Support senior technician and facilities engineer on data collection, improvement execution and data update.
- Assist senior technician in spare parts, tools and consumable items, receiving, storage, record update.
- Participate in projects preparation and execution activities, job site safety surveillance and reporting in basic manner to senior technician and engineer as per instruction.
- To assist, support and monitor external contractor, service provider and relevant parties for any plan and unplan facilities & utilities system maintenance, servicing, and inspection activities with adherence to company safety and health policy and regulatory requirement.
- Ensure all facilities & utilities system area is always clean and well organized with basic 5S in place.
- Always adherence to company policy and safety & health policy to ensure compliance of practice for all facilities work activities.
- Assist training for new technician and Engineer on Job Training when needed.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
