Create and maintain a streamlined system for generating invoices for products and services provided by the store.
- Ensure accuracy in the details of each invoice, including item descriptions, quantities, prices, and applicable taxes.
- Maintain and update customer information in the database, including contact details, billing information, and payment preferences.
- Regularly update the store's price list and product database to reflect current stock, prices, and any promotional discounts.
- Process customer payments in accordance with the store's payment procedures, ensuring prompt and accurate transactions.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and address customer inquiries related to billing.
- Maintain organized and detailed records of all invoices, receipts, and payments for reference and auditing purposes.
- Generate regular reports on invoice status, payments received, and outstanding balances for management review.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries related to invoices and payments in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local and national regulations regarding invoicing, taxes, and record-keeping.

**Requirement**
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification in accounting or business administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in invoice generation, billing, or related administrative roles.
- Proficiency in using billing software and accounting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
- Familiarity with customer service principles.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and use new software and tools.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
