Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
- Handling all phone calls and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally.
- To collect and distribute all incoming mail and courier items to the respective departments.
- Maintain cleanliness at reception area.
- Set up meeting facilities included meeting room reservation.
- Carry out some clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, transcribing & faxing.
- Supervise and inspect the cleaners work in their daily activities.
- To perform other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least 1 years related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words, PowerPoint. Pleasant appearance with a cheerful personality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.

**Working Days and Hours**:
Monday - Friday 8:30a.m. - 5:30p.m
