**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and make recommendations for contractor selection
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from construction drawings and specifications
- Evaluate project designs and suggest cost-effective alternatives without compromising quality
- Identify and assess potential risks related to project costs and provide mitigation strategies

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: Diploma or above in Quantity Surveyor
- Minimum 3 years related working experience
- Able to liaise with **Mandarin** speaking counterparts
