**JOB SUMMARY**:

- Incumbent will be expected to work with one of the luxury fashion brand located at Genting Premium Outlet. This role will be responsible for store management, store target, staffing management, store issue and operation matters.

**REMUNERATION PACKAGE**:

- **Basic salary range from RM 4,000 - RM 6,000**:

- **Fixed allowance range from RM 500 - RM 1,000**:

- **Potential store commission earning up to RM 3,000 Above**:

- **Gross Income can up to RM 8,000 - RM 10,000**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Achieving monthly store sales targets.
- Deliver a memorable retail experience through: initial contact (body language and greeting), assessing the client's needs, make the client dream (romance the product), offering excellent after sales service/follow up.
- Establish and nurture strong and trustful relationships with all the clients to surpass their expectations.
- Perform with energy, is proactive, does not give up and actively researches ways to improve results/solve problems.
- Collect the feedbacks from customers.
- Gather information on competitor activity, visiting competitors, read editorials, magazines etc.
- Contribute to team work, adapts to different personalities, is flexible, seeks support from and provides support to colleagues.
- Ensure interior and exterior of store is maintained to company standards.
- Coaching and training to staffs.
- Inventory management.

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Required language(s): English and Local Dialect.
- Mandarin speaker are added advantages.
- **At least 5 year(s) of working experience as Store/ Assistant Store Manager in luxury fashion are preferred.**:

- Applicants must be willing to work at Genting Premium Outlet.
