Johor Bahru, Malaysia Metro Parking (M) Sdn. Bhd. Full time

**Pengurusan Operasi Di Tempat Letak**

1. Memastikan tempat letak kereta beroperasi mengikut masa yang telah ditetapkan.

2. Memastikan wang pusingan mesin tambah nilai mencukupi (Sistem Tanpa Tunai). Memastikan wang apungan “float money” sentiasa mencukupi.

3. Mengutip dan menambah wang di dalam Mesin Autopay mengikut jumlah yang telah ditetapkan oleh pihak operasi.

4. Membuka peti besi bersama dengan Penyelia Kawasan atau Eksekutif Operasi

5. Mengira wang kutipan hasil dan memastikan jumlah kutipan adalah sama dengan laporan yang disediakan oleh anggota pekerja.

6. Melaporkan jumlah kutipan hasil ke pihak Ibu Pejabat setiap hari sebelum jam 11 pagi.

7. Memastikan wang kutipan harian dan pas bulanan di simpan “bank in” dalam akuan syarikat secara harian dan perlu dilakukan sebelum jam 2 petang. Melakukan kerja

8. perbankkan kutipan hasil setiap hari sebelum bersama Penyelia Kawasan.

9. Mengunci (Lock) kad pemegang pas bulanan yang belum membuat bayaran pada setiap 7 hari bulandan mengaktifkan (Unlock) kad-kad yang telah membuat bayaran.

10. Mengesahkan hanya kenderaan yang layak sahaja mendapat parkir percuma dan keluar dari kawasan parkir tanpa bayaran.

**Penyedian & Semakan Laporan**

1. Memeriksa dan mengesahkan laporan syif _(Shift Clearance Report)_ yang disediakan oleh anggota pekerja.

2. Memeriksa dan memastikan wang kutipan harian yang disediakan oleh anggota pekerja adalah sama dengan laporan yang disediakan.

3. Menyediakan laporan harian hasil kutipan (S_ummary Report_) dengan lengkap dan betul.

4. Mengesahkan Kerja Lebih Masa yang telah dilakukan oleh anggota pekerja secara harian.

**Kawalan Trafik & Rondaan**

1. Memeriksa dan mengesahkan Borang Pemeriksaan Harian yang telah dilakukan oleh anggota pekerja setiap 2 jam sekali.

2. Memastikan lalulintas berjalan lancar dan tiada sebarang halangan.

3. Memastikan tiada kenderaan yang diletak di bahu jalan atau tempat yang tidak sepatutnya.

**Pengurusan Peralatan**

1. Memastikan kebersihan persekitaran tempat kerja bersih dan kemas.

2. Memastikan semua peralatan parkir berada dalam keadaan baik dan sedia untuk dioperasikan.

3. Melaporkan sebarang kerosakan peralatan ke pihak teknikal dan merekodkannya dalam buku kerosakan.

4. Memeriksa buku kerosakan dan melaporkan sebarang kerosakan yang belum diambil tindakn susulan.

5. Merekodkan semua peralatan milik syarikat yang ada di tempat letak kereta dan rekod hendaklah dikemaskini sentiasa.

6. Melaporkan sebarang kehilangan harta milik syarikat ditempat letak kereta.

7. Melaporkan sebarang kemalangan yang berlaku di tempat letak kereta dan membuat laporan polis sekiranya ianya melibatkan kes-kes yang bersangkutan dengan tuntutan insuran.

**Pengurusan Sumber Manusia**

1. Memastikan anggota pekerja hadir tepat pada masa operasi yang ditetapkan.

2. Memastikan anggota pekerja sentiasa berpakaian kemas mengikut prosedur pemakaian yang ditetapkan.

3. Memeriksa kad pengetip masa (_Punch Card_) dan Buku Kehadiran Pekerja

4. Memberikan Latihan kepada semua anggota pekerja baru mengikut OJT yang telah ditetapkan selama 3 bulan sehingga berjaya mendaptakan pengesahan jawatan.

5. Melaporkan sebarang salah laku yang dilakukan oleh anggota pekerja kepada penyelia kawasan.

6. Membantu Penyelia kawasan melakukan penyesatan sekiranya melibatkan kes-kes pecah amanah.

7. Memstikan setiap anggota pekerja mematuhi Etika Kerja yang termaktub di dalam Buku Panduan Anggota Pekerja.

8. Melakukan lain-lain tugas yang diarahkan oleh pegawai atasan dan pengurusan syarikat dari masa ke semasa.

**Khidmat Pelanggan**

1. Membantu menyelesaikan masalah pelanggan yang tidak dapat dikendalikan oleh CSA

2. Melaporkan aduan pelanggan yang tidak dapat dikendalikan ke pihak Penyelia Kawasan.

**Perhubungan Dengan Pemilik Bangunan/ Kawasan**

1. Melaporkan sebarang kerosakan aset pemilik bangunan yang ada dalam kawasan parkir

**Perhubungan Dengan Kontraktor**

1. Memantau kerja-kerja yang dilakukan oleh kontraktor yang dilantik syarikat berkenaan sebarang kerja yang dilakukan di tempat letak kereta.
