Assist in preparation of the monthly/quarterly/annually management financial reports to the Management. Ensure subsidiaries management report are prepared accurately & appropriately on a timely manner. Compilation of management account and other matters. Assist in preparation of consolidation worksheet, reviewing subsidiaries' management account and financial analysis on the subsidiary’s performance. Liaise with internal and external auditor, tax agent, company secretaries and other relevant authorities on their respective manners. Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management.
