Money Counter Clerk

**Job description**

**Responsible**

1. Responsible and accountable to:
1.1. Count all cash collected from the Autopay stations and witnessed by personnel appointed by the Accounts Department (blind count method).

2. Responsible to prepare the Daily Composite Summary Report which comprises the Autopay Stations, Manual Pay stations and the Touch n Go report for the Accounts Department (Season card and tickets and Touch n Go sales).

3. To assist the operations team as and when required mainly on traffic management.

4. To assist the Executive / Senior Executive / Manager on other administrative matters.

5. Responsible and accountable to perform Change Fund Balancing for all the Autopay stations for every six (6) months assisted by the Operations Supervisor and Operations Assistant and witnessed by representative from Accounts Department.

6. To perform general office administrative works and to assist in other projects, adhoc assignments promptly and professionally.

7. Responsible and accountable for the change funds and cash collected from the Manual Pay stations if he / she open a shift at the Manual Pay station.

8. Responsible to verify the Manual Pay cash collection dropped through the Night Drawer against the T-Total report generated from the Manual Pay Station.

**Requirement**
- At least SPM holders.
- Minimum 2 year experience in shopping mall car park or other service industry.
- Honest, discipline, committed and trustworthy
- Must be able to work in a team
- Able to work on shift, weekend and Public Holidays
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and staffs.
- Positive attitude, a team player, result oriented and customer focused.
- Must have computer knowledge and good interpersonal skills.
