Architectural Coordinator

**JOB PURPOSE**
- Architect coordinator will typically work as part of architectural team, under the navigation of project director, project manager and senior architect and will be expected to assist and handle some of the tasks required to be done in each project according to the contract and authorities’ requirement.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist architects in handling construction drawings.
- Review and analyze architectural inputs from drawings and coordination that go into construction (Coordinate Purposes)
- Review architectural drawings and plan as briefed.
- Maintain and manage architectural drawings, documents and other related data in an organized manner at site.
- Assist in developing solutions to complex technical problems.
- Assist in dimensional surveys of building and level surveys.
- Maintain a database of architectural drawings and plans.
- Ensure completion of architectural projects on time and within the time limits.
- Assist Architectural team and Project Manager in dealing with involving parties in each project.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in Construction, Infrastructure Works, or related field.
- Required skills in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Microsoft Office.
- Strong in analytical skill, problem solving skill and time management skill.
- Independent, team player, articulate well, creative and performance driven.
- Must be willing to work in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
