**SUMMARY**:
**Our Australian client** provides services and support to the Australians on the road to their hopes and dreams by offering competitive rates, an all-encompassing portfolio of services, and a network of trusted local wealth managers all over Australia. Your key responsibilities will be to
** track** and
**high attention to detail, speed of delivery, and approachable client interaction** will be crucial qualities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive loan information from credit support staff
- Data entry deal information into Podium CRM & ApplyOnline
- Generate required compliance documents o Compile and upload supporting documents
- Request upfront valuations and special pricing requests
- Complete checklists & ApplyOnline verification ready for lodgement
- Confirm lodgement pack has been received by lender & record reference number o
- Call lenders & review lender portals for loan updates
- Review lender credit conditions & work with credit support to resolve
- Follow up Conditional & Formal Approvals
- Follow-up on valuation and mortgage documents
- Complete settlement and file review checklists

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**
- Min Certificates or Diploma and above
- Must possess at least 3-5 years of working experience in administration, preferably in the banking or financial industry
- Strong in communication skills both verbal and written
- Attention to details
- Strong in Microsoft Excel and Word
