Responsible for imparting students’ knowledge and skills according to culinary syllabi.
- To instruct, train and prepare training manual and examination papers for the students in culinary program.
- To assist the students in preparing and completing their related duties and trainings to comply with the terms and conditions of Malaysian Association of Hotels AND JPK
- Responsible for keeping up with the advancement of the Culinary Industries so as to prepare the students for competitive and gainful employment.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with sanitation, hygiene, health safety legislation.
**Job Requirements**:
- Must have Induction program PP-PPD-PPB (Kursus Induksi JPK)
- Minimum SKM Level 3 and/or Advanced Diploma/Diploma in Culinary Arts (DKM/DLKM) with 3 years working experience in related field in industries.
- Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong moral values, creative, passionate and disciplined.
- Knowledge in pastry making and/or hotel management is an added advantage.
