About the Role
Process minor claims cases including registration, assessment, payment processing and letter preparation to meet department requirements & benchmarks.
- Assess and settle individual health insurance claims arising from policies in force
.Ensure that targets are met for department Turnaround Time, Quality and Productivity, in line with KPI goals
- Make recommendations and guidelines to individual health insurance claims
- Liaise with solicitors and other third parties during investigation and negotiation to seek guidance on the course of action that serves the best interest of AIA
- Process all claims documents timely.
- Answer inquires relating to claims processing.
Forward thinker in anticipating the potential problem that may arise and provide proactive solutions promptly.
Openness to learning new methodologies and ways of automation.
