IT Technician

**Requirement**:

- Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia
- Any Diploma in Information Technology (IT) or computer science.
- Service minded, customer oriented, good communication and personal effectiveness.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome.
- Fluently speak and write in English and Melayu language. Able to speak Japanese would be added advantages.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Possess own transport.
- Good attitude, punctual person, and good appearance.

**Responsibility**:

- Testing, diagnosing, installing, configuring, and maintaining IT Hardware and software for car park systems.
- Provide IT support to clients and ensure technical issues can be resolved professionally & promptly.
- Prepare task progress report to Superior.
- Monitor and review hardware, servers, systems, and key IT processes for car park systems.
- Investigate and troubleshoot IT issues for internal and external stakeholders.
- Install, update, and configure hardware and software office and car park systems.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to superiors and management.
- Provide professional service and customer support to customer.
- Attend breakdown call on site, diagnose and provide solution to resolve customer's issue in the shortest downtime.
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance and provide professional suggestion and feedback to customer to maintain the equipment's condition.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and maintain a proper communication with superior.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
