**JOB SCOPE**:

- Perform data entry with accuracy.
- Prepare, sort documents and filing as and when required.
- Assist in other administrative matters.
- Responsible to support overall general office administrative task.
- Prepare and issue purchase order in a timely manner and follow up/ arrange delivery.
- Liaise closely with colleagues to ensure the inventory in hand remains within an optimal range.
- Coordinate and ensure that collections/ deliveries.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Well-versed in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Fresh graduated are encouraged to apply.

**Job Type**: Internship

Pay: RM500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bukit Mertajam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
