Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Responsible on daily accounting entries.
- Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transaction.
- Maintains accounting records by making copies filing documents.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payment are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve client's billing issues.
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
- Account reporting

Qualifications for Account Clerk
- Minimum diploma/degree with at least 2 years working experience is required.
- Experience in full set of accounts (preferred).
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office and computer literate.
- Hand-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software(SAGE software will be an added advantage).
- Understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations.
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- Language requirement : English and Bahasa Malaysia (write and speak).

Working Hours: 9.00 a.m - 6.00 p.m (Monday to Friday)

Working Location: Batu Maung, Penang

Education: Diploma/Degree

Experience: Account Clerk (Full Set of Account): 2 years

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
