Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure that customer orders are filled correctly and efficiently
- Maintain and update inventory records
- Monitor customer accounts for payment
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports
- Provide excellent customer service in response to inquiries
- Manage customer relations and resolve any customer issues
- Process customer returns and exchanges
- Maintain store appearance and organization
- Assist in the processing of new product orders
- Provide assistance to other departments as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven sales experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items when required

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
