**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

**1. Parking Lot Management**:

- Oversee the parking lot to ensure smooth traffic flow and efficient use of space.
- Direct vehicles to appropriate parking spots based on availability and size of the vehicle.
- Monitor parking lot for any unauthorized or illegally parked vehicles.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the parking lot area.

**2. Customer Assistance**:

- Greet customers upon arrival and provide friendly and helpful assistance.
- Assist customers in finding parking spots, especially during peak hours.
- Offer guidance to customers on parking regulations and procedures.

**3. Traffic Control**:

- Direct traffic during busy periods to prevent congestion and ensure efficient movement.
- Coordinate with other staff members to manage traffic flow during peak hours or special events.

**4. Safety and Security**:

- Ensure the safety of pedestrians and vehicles within the parking lot area.
- Monitor for any suspicious activities or safety hazards and report them to the appropriate authorities.
- Enforce parking rules and regulations to maintain order and safety.
- Respond promptly to any emergencies or accidents within the parking lot.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- **Nationality**:Malaysian.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service or parking management preferred.
- **Education**:Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- **Skills**:Physical stamina to work outdoors and stand for extended periods.

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
